Smoked Trout Pizza

Recipe found on the back of the Ocean Blue Sliced Smoked Ocean Trout package.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees Celsius.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, Creme Fraiche, dill and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to taste and put aside.
  3. Combine olive oil and garlic and spread over pizza base evenly.
  4. Place base in preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until crisp.
  5. Remove pizza base and immediately top with smoked ocean trout, spinach and red onion.  Sprinkle with capers and drizzle with the dill mayonnaise/creme fraiche mixture.
  6. Cut, serve and enjoy.
