Pork leftover stew
I think I accidentally invented this recipe, and liked it so much I had to save it.
Ingredients
- Pork roasted leftovers, cut to small pieces
- Gravy left over
- Bacon roughly chopped
- Brown onion roughly chopped
- Garlic granules or freshly chopped
- Mushrooms slices thickly
- BBQ Sauce, couple of squirts
- Worcestershire sauce, splash
Method
- Fry the onion and bacon until the onion starts to brown
- Add the pork pieces and warm
- Add garlic and mix through
- Add gravy and mix through
- Add BBQ & Worcestershire Sauce
- Add chunky mushrooms and mix
- If needed as water to get desired texture
Serve on freshly homemade bread or a bed of pasta.
