Massalé or Colombo Curry Powder

A traditionnal spice from Mauritius to supplement your dishes!  Massale is a blend of spices and aromatic leaves, artisanally grilled and grounded.  There are two types of Massale, spicy and mild, the spiciness comes from the presence of dry chilli powder.

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Transfer to an airtight jar and store in a cool dry place.
