Limoncello
    Inspired from a trip around Italy in 2018.
Ingredients
    - 1 litre lukewarm water
 
    - 1 litre alcohol (or vodka)
 
    - 1 kg sugar
 
    - 8 lemons
 
Method
    - Peel the lemons finely and put the peels in a jar with the alcohol and close lid.
 
    - Wait for four days.
 
    - Prepare a syrup with the litre of water and the sugar.
 
    - Add the infused lemon and alcohol to the syrup and mix well.
 
    - Wait 10 minutes then filter and bottle.
 
    - Serve it very cold.
