Limoncello

Inspired from a trip around Italy in 2018.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Peel the lemons finely and put the peels in a jar with the alcohol and close lid.
  2. Wait for four days.
  3. Prepare a syrup with the litre of water and the sugar.
  4. Add the infused lemon and alcohol to the syrup and mix well.
  5. Wait 10 minutes then filter and bottle.
  6. Serve it very cold.
