Hamburgers
Polish patties, thanks to Adam.
Ingredients
- 500g lean mince meat
- 10 eggs Bantam size so prob 7 normal eggs
- 1 1/2 cups rice (cooked and rinsed in cold water until back to normal temperature)
- 1 large onion finely chopped and cooked in butter until brown
- 1 large onion finely chopped raw
- 1 chilli finely chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 100gm mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 37g pkt Maggi Mice Cottage Pie sachet
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Add flour and mix until mixture is not sloppy and no very sticky
- Grab a small chunk, about a tablespoon and shape into a patty
- Roll in bread crumbs
- Layer between baking paper if you want to freeze them
