Ceviche

Ceviche is a Peruvian dish typically made from fresh raw fish cured in fresh citrus juices, most commonly lime or lemon.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut fish into 15 mm cubes and place in bowl.
  2. Cover fish with lemon juice
  3. Chop very very finely the coriander, chili’s, red onions, and capsicum
  4. Add olive oil, mix, cover and refrigerate overnight
  5. The lemon (citrus) will cure the fish into a cooked like texture

  1. Combine all ingredients into food processor but do not over blend
