Butter Spreadable
Add your own flavourings and never buy a tub of spreadable anything ever again.
Ingredients
- 500 g salted butter
- 2.5 to 3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Ginseng
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Mince
Method
- Leave butter out on bench overnight to get soft, do not melt in microwave or pot
- Place roughly chopped butter, olive oil and your flavourings into a bowl
- Barmix or blend until all is smooth
- Pour into 500ml plastic tubs with lids (decor) 2 to 3 containers
- Refrigerate
